Feature Product
Block Grab TSZ-Uni

The TSZ-Uni is a fully automatic mechanical grabbing device equipped with a lifting eye to be attached to any excavator, dingo or backhoe. With an opening width of 570mm and a safe working load of 500kg the Block Grab can be used to lift and lay a variety of concrete or stone blocks and prefabricated products.

From both a productivity and OH&S perspective the grab has proved to be a successful alternative to traditional handling methods.

“Having been in the Retaining Wall Game some 20 plus years - Sleeper walls have always been slotted by hand. One of the biggest problems in this game is the continual turnover of staff due to the sheer weight of Concrete Sleepers resulting in crews suffering hand, back and shoulder injuries.

The Block Grab TSZ-Uni has taken this away in one swoop and more so, making jobs safer, faster and above all more profitable. Instead of three or four crewman only two are now required, one to operate the machine and the other to simply guide the sleeper into place. Jobs can now be done in hours rather than days.”
